At Kabarak University,we have a commitment to providing the best catering services to our students and guests. We pride ourselves with simple prepared, wholesome meals, utilizing the best ingredients of the seasons.

Students Dinning hall.

In the student dinning hall, menus are planned on a-four-week cycle and change with season and availability of produce.
Breakfast: -eggs. Porridge, bread and preserves, sausages, hot beverages, cereals, arrow roots, sweet potatoes, fried beans, sweet potatoes , Irish potatoes and Beef smokies and a fruit
Lunches and Dinner: -Main Dishes….. Fried Chicken, Roast Lamb, Beef stew, Chicken and Beef Burgers, minced meat, Fish fillet, whole tilapia, fried goat and several vegetarian dishes.Starches: Chapattis: steamed rice, pilau rice, pastas, potatoes, matoke , traditional mukimo, githeri and ugali.
We also put into consideration cultural and religious values and special needs while planning our menus.
