Circulation services
We are located left off the main entrance. The section covers most issues related to the use of the library resources and the clientele. Services include:

Reference and ICT services
Located on the ground floor, the reference desk is strategically located near the Reference collection, and close to the entrance of the Administrative offices entrance.
Our rich collection includes both print (books and journals) and non-print (electronic journals and books). This is the place to start in your quest for knowldege.

Magazines and Journals
We are located on the ground floor, left from the door and near the circulation desk. You will find a wide range of magazines and journals to suit your interests. Please feel free to give your recommendations on the new titles we can acquire by downloading and filling out this form and whether our current issues are addressing your information needs.
Other Services and Facilities
Conference and Seminar rooms: The Library offers a conference room for a large group and 2 seminar rooms for a smaller group. These facilities are available to groups or individuals that requires to conduct conferences, workshops, seminars, training programmes and other activities of academic or educational value.
Discussion rooms: These cater for up to 6 people per room. These rooms cater for group discussions and study groups.
Reading carrels: Users requiring private study can book for a carrel, fitted with power and internet ready facilities.
Audio-visual (AV) services: The library collects and preserves AV materials such as still photographs, moving/motion images or pictures, video and sound recordings. A video library with a variety of themes in audio and VHS tapes, CD, V/DVD.
Physically challenged facilities: The Library is fitted with facilities that cater for these groups of users with special needs, including a ramp and washrooms.
Archives: The Archives administers the non-current records of lasting (permanent) value that are created, generated and/or accumulated and received by various departments in the university.
Bindery: Services here include the repair of books, binding and lamination of documents at competitive rates. Photocopying and printing: These facilities are available for all users, restricted to materials within the library.
