Bachelor of Theology

This degree equips Christian Educators, Christian Counselors, Chaplains, Pastors, Theologians, and Missionaries with the knowledge of God’s word (the Bible) and inspires them in their quest for a life long transformative relationship with God. This strong theological background enables them to respond with practical love and care to people in society and to present a reasoned defense of the faith.

Admission Requirements

To qualify for this programme you are required to have a minimum mean grade of C+ in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or credit pass at diploma level or equivalent qualification from recognized Diploma Bible institutions with a GPA of at least 2.5. or qualifications recognized by Kabarak University.
Applicant must satisfy the admission office that more than his/her quest for theological knowledge he has a burning passion to lead others to Jesus Christ the Saviour of the world

Course Duration

Kabarak University operates three semesters in one calendar year. Two semesters constitute one academic year. It is therefore possible for a student to cover four academic years in three calendar years, or less for the case of diploma students provided the candidate has been granted the necessary course exemptions
