SUMMARY

Jared Gekombe is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University, a postgraduate diploma from Kenya School of Law, and a master of laws (LL.M) in human rights and democratisation in Africa from the University of Pretoria He works as a law lecturer at Kabarak University School of Law where he has previously served as research paper coordinator (2018-2023) and head of private law department (2021-2023). He is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Pretoria researching the right to development and public procurement systems in Kenya. His research interests are human rights, governance, and development
