Prof. Simon Kibet Kipchumba is currently the Registrar Administration & Human Resource in the University. Prof. Kipchumba holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Moi University, Masters in Business Administration from Egerton University , Kenya and a PhD in Educational Economics and Management from Nanjing Agricultural University, China.

Prior to joining Kabarak University, Prof. Kipchumba served as the Head of Business Administration Department at Egerton University.
