    • Winner: Dr. Moses Thiga, Director, Research, Innovation & Outreach/ Director, Kabu Online, for his prolific research output, attracting grants, leading research projects, and positioning Kabarak University at the forefront of innovation.
    • 1st Runner-up: Rev. Dr. Elkanah Cheboi, Lecturer, Theology and Biblical Studies, for his significant contributions to theological research, publications, and leadership in shaping theological education across Africa.
  4. Excellence in Customer Care Award:

    • Winner: Mr. Johana Kipkurui, Assistant Technologist, KABU Online, for his exceptional dedication, readily available support, and commitment to fostering positive relationships with students and staff.
    • 1st Runner-up: Ms. Ruth Rerimoi, Administrative Assistant (Admin & HR), for her consistently positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and upholding the university's moral code in customer care.
  5. Outstanding Innovation in Service Delivery Award:

    • Winner: Mr. Reuben Sirma, Systems Administrator, ICT Department, for his proactive approach, implementing cybersecurity measures, and significantly enhancing the efficiency and reliability of ICT services.
  6. Extra-Mile Award:

    • Main Campus:
      • Winner: Mr. Humphrey Sipalla, Lecturer, Public Law, for consistently going above and beyond, providing extra support to students, and playing a pivotal role in establishing the Kabarak University Press.
      • 1st Runner-up: Mr. Peter Inziano Kiganda, Webmaster, for his unwavering dedication to maintaining and enhancing the university's online presence, significantly impacting its webometrics ranking.
    • Nakuru City Campus:
      • Winner: Mr. Kennedy Kimutai Korir, ICT Department, for his exceptional dedication, technical support, and innovative solutions that have greatly improved the campus's ICT infrastructure.
  7. Outstanding Christian and Community Service Award:

    • Winner: Ms. Florence Kamau, Nursing Officer In-charge, Medical Centre, for her exceptional dedication, offering essential counseling, spiritual guidance, and unwavering support to staff and students.
    • 1st Runner-up: Pr. Esther Mwende Kapsir, Counsellor, Student Affairs Department, for her vital psychosocial support, leadership in the Chaplaincy services, and mentorship within the university and beyond.
