University Hostels and Accommodation
Student Hostels and Booking Process
Kabarak University Hostel capacity stands at 2,400 beds which are Two-sharing and 4 sharing. All of which have a fixed bed and breakfast package.
The Booking Process
The hostels are available for booking at the end of every semester on a first-come-first-served basis.
There are two ways to make the booking;
- Physical Booking
- Online Booking
Physical Booking is for 1st year students who have not received their registration numbers. one can book using the following steps
- Deposit the room rate amount to any of our bank accounts or Mpesa Paybill
- Provide the deposit slip or Mpesa message to the Student finance office or send email to accommodation@kabarak.ac.ke
for room reservation.
Online booking (for continuing students)
For online booking follow the steps below;
- Make full payment for bed and breakfast package for the hostel you have chosen
- Open your portal
- Click on the hostel booking; advance hostel booking will appear
- Click on the available rooms from the hostel you would like to book
- Select the room space
- Tick reserve
As a resident, one can enjoy gym @ 300/- per day or 2500/- per month, swimming @ 200/-
