The Directorate of Excellence in Learning and Teaching (DELT) is an academic office responsible for training academic staff on best practices in teaching and learning. This aligns with Kabarak University's vision of becoming a center of academic excellence grounded in biblical Christian values.

The directorate works closely with the Academic and Research Divisions, as well as the Quality Assurance and ICT departments.
