Kabarak University is pleased to inform Prospective Graduation Candidates that the 20th Graduation Ceremony will take place on December 20, 2024, starting at 8 a.m. on the Main Campus.

APPLICATION

Prospective Graduation Candidates must apply online through the students’ portal byNovember 30, 2024.

GRADUATION LIST

The Provisional Graduation List will be available on the University website www.kabarak.ac.ke as from December 4, 2024. The candidates are required to confirm from the Graduation List the correct spelling and order of their names. Any corrections should be reported in writing to the Registrar (Academic and Research) not later than December 6, 2024. The names will be as in the certificates the students had submitted for admission to the University, as follows: 

Prospective candidates whose names are not in the Provisional Graduation List are advised to check with the respective Heads of Departments or Deans of Schools for further advice.

FEES

Only those who will have cleared outstanding fees by November 30, 2024, will be included in the Final Graduation List. Those who will clear fee payments after this deadline will be deferred to the next graduation in 2025.

GRADUATION ATTIRE

The candidates whose names are in the Final Graduation List should pick graduation attire from respective Schools in the Main Campus from 16^th – 18^th December 2024 upon submission of the Kabarak University and National ID/Passport. The attire should be returned to the Examinations Office on 6^th– 15^th January 2025 during office hours, failure to which a penalty of Kshs.1,000 will be charged per day overdue, exclusive of weekends.

INVITATION CARDS

Each candidate will be given two (2) invitation cards and a car sticker during the issue of graduation attire. The cards will be required for admission to the Graduation Venue.

REHEARSAL

Graduation Rehearsal will be conducted on December 19, 2024 at 9.00 am. in the University Sports Grounds. All candidates are required to attend the Rehearsal, dressed in appropriate graduation attire.

PUNCTUALITY

Graduands are required to be punctual for the Rehearsal and the Graduation Ceremony. On Graduation Day, December 20, 2024, graduates and guests should be seated at the University Graduation Pavilion not later than 8.00 am.
