Mental ill-health resulting from stress and depression among teenagers is one of the problems faced by the younger generation. A group of students from Kabarak University is on a mission to promote mental health awareness, as well as helping teenagers and adults to engage in healthy conversations. The students and peer counselors who visited Kampi Ya Moto secondary school to promote mental health offered counseling services and motivational talks to the youth. They addressed issues concerning drug abuse, peer pressure, career choices, and managing healthy relationships,
