Kabarak University is proud to host the PCEA Y-Summit Conference 2025, a vibrant gathering that has brought together over 3,000 delegates from across the country. The week-long summit, which runs from Tuesday, 19th to Friday, 23rd August 2025, provides a unique platform for young people to connect, create, and lead in faith and service.
The conference was officially opened by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, who welcomed participants and urged them to embrace the summit theme, “Youth, A Prophetic People” (2 Peter 1:21). In his address, Prof. Kiplangat encouraged the youth to let their lives be guided by the Holy Spirit so that their actions and words may reflect God’s truth. He further affirmed Kabarak University’s commitment to holistic education, anchored in Biblical values, that equips young people to thrive as responsible leaders in society.
Throughout the week, delegates will engage in inspirational sessions, workshops, and creative platforms tailored to different age groups, ranging from teenagers discovering their purpose to university students navigating academics and faith, to emerging leaders preparing to serve their communities. The summit also highlights the power of expression through music, art, spoken word, and dialogue.
As the conference continues until Friday, it promises to leave a lasting impact on the participants and the wider community, shaping a new generation of leaders who are not only skilled but also spiritually grounded.
