The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal is open to allow inter-institutional transfer applications for students placed to various universities. Kabarak University is accepting transfers in the following 2022 / 2023 cycle programmes.

The University developed an Online Deferral System which was activated in March 30^th 2022. Students are reminded to follow the following steps to apply for deferral:

Kabarak University extends a warm welcome to the 2021/2022 KCSE Government-Sponsored Students admitted to the University through Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS), as well as to the Self-Sponsored Students. 

The following cohort of Goverment-Sponsored Students are required to proceed on long holiday in September Semester 2022 and fresume studies in January 7, 2023
